VENDOR REGISTRATION
All vendors must complete the registration process and submit the required vendor registration fee to confirm their participation and reserve their space at Field of Dreams.
Vendor space is not guaranteed until registration and payment have been received. All registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.
Each vendor registration includes one (1) 6-foot display table, two (2) chairs, and two (2) vendor credentials, providing a dedicated space to showcase and sell your sports cards, TCG, collectibles, memorabilia, and more. Vendors are responsible for bringing any additional displays, table coverings, signage, or accessories needed to personalize their setup.
Additional vendor credentials: $15 each

• Registered vendors must be 18 years or older and present valid ID at check-in & show their IG page at the check-in table.
• Two (2) Vendor ID per table will be given at check-in. Only those with Vendor ID may enter before/after show hours. No exceptions.
• Vendors + staff limited to max 2 per table. If a 3rd Vendor ID is needed, you must purchase an Additional Vendor Credential.
• Children of vendors will receive separate designated Vendor ID. -
• Table, chairs, & tablecover will be setup prior to vendor arrival.
• Vendors are responsible for setting up their own products on the designated setup day and time.
• Vendor tables must remain as laid out by Sanithrift team and cannot be rearranged.
• Vendors must be fully set up before the event opens and remain intact until it concludes.
• Breakdown is not permitted until the event has officially ended unless prior notification is given.
• Vendors are only allowed to setup on assigned tables & designated areas.
• Additional tables may not be added on the day of the event.
• Vendors may bring one small rack per registered table. No added chairs or tables of any size. -
• Vendors may only sell products specified on their registration form.
• All items sold must be legal and comply with local, state, and federal laws.
• Stolen, counterfeit or unauthorized merchandise is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate expulsion and a ban from future events. -
• Vendors are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
• Harassment, discrimination, violence, or any form of inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
• Vendors are responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly space. Please leave your area free of trash.
• Smoking, vaping, alcohol and all drug substances are prohibited. Vendors caught with prohibited items will be escorted off premises immediately. No exceptions. -
• Vendors are responsible for obtaining liability insurance for their booth/designated space and merchandise.
• The event organizers, venue host & event affiliates are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to vendor property.
• Personal recording devices are recommended for each vendor space as a deterrent and as evidence if needed. -
• Vendors must comply with all instructions and requests from event staff.
• Failure to adhere to event rules may result in penalties, including removal from the event and/or being banned from future Sanithrift events. -
• Registered vendors are NOT PERMITTED to resell vendor tables unless preapproved by Sanithrift with written notice.
• All vendors must register via the Vendor Registration Form prior to the event, including anyone splitting a table.
• Anyone caught reselling a table will be removed from the event and/or banned from future events.
• Any changes to vendor information must be reported to the Sanithrift team.
• Vendor checks will be conducted throughout the show to ensure a fair marketplace for all. -
The event organizers reserve the right to amend these rules as necessary for the safety and enjoyment of all participants.

By registering for the event, vendors agree to abide by these rules and regulations.
• Participation as a vendor is subject to approval. Sanithrift reserves the right to refuse or revoke vendor privileges at any time. -
Table selection will be confirmed on a first pay, first receive basis. Table reservations are only guaranteed after full payment is received. A receipt will be emailed upon completion of transaction.

NO REFUNDS, CREDITS, TRANSFERS, NOR DISCOUNTS WILL BE ISSUED FOR CANCELLATIONS, NO SHOWS, OR EARLY AND/OR REMOVAL FROM THE EVENT FOR ANY REASON.
• Applications will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Vendors may be placed on a waitlist for the current event.
• Vendors are welcome to apply for future shows where availability in their category may open.
